Terms of service

By ordering a service or product from RiAn IT you agree to these terms.

Orders and scope

Each package lists what is included. Work outside the package or your written requirements is quoted separately. Delivery times start after we receive the advance payment and the content and access we need from you.

Payments

Unless agreed otherwise, projects start after the advance shown at checkout. The remaining balance is due on delivery, before the final files, source code or live launch are handed over. Monthly and yearly services are billed in advance.

Revisions and approval

Each package includes the number of revisions shown. Approval of a milestone or delivery confirms that the work matches the agreed scope.

Ownership

After full payment you own the final designs, content and custom source code created for you. Third-party components (fonts, licensed themes, libraries) remain under their own licences.

Domain, hosting and renewals

Domains and hosting are registered for the period paid. We send reminders before expiry, but renewal is the client's responsibility; services not renewed may be suspended by the provider.

Liability

We take reasonable care to deliver secure, working software, but are not liable for indirect losses, third-party service outages or issues caused by changes made by others.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
