Refund policy

• Before work starts: if you cancel before we begin work, the advance is refunded in full, minus any payment gateway charge.
• After work starts: the refund is calculated on the work not yet completed. Completed milestones are not refundable.
• Domains, hosting and third-party licences are non-refundable once registered or purchased.
• Monthly services (SEO, marketing, maintenance) can be cancelled for the next month; the current month is not refundable.
• Approved refunds are paid within 7–10 working days by the original payment method or bank transfer.
